I have known Dr Munita, through intensive care medicine, for almost 10 years. She has been a loyal, kind, passionate colleague. I am a 34 year old male.  The last year has been a very exciting one, but also a difficult balancing act, with a new consultant job, being a first time home buyer, having a marriage and welcoming a beautiful little daughter all in 2022.  I had all the pieces of the puzzle I could ever want; however it just wasn’t coming together correctly.

I had only ever heard about coaching and I have to be honest, I was sceptical and maybe slightly cynical.  The only reason I undertook this, is because I trust Dr Munita. I believed in her ability and wanted to improve my life balance. I’m very grateful I did!

Throughout our coaching sessions Dr Munita set clear objectives, listened intently and was very flexible with scheduling our sessions. Our sessions were formal, but rather than feeling like an interview, it felt like talking to someone who had known me all my life. Dr Munita listened to everything I said and tailored her coaching to me, often setting exercises to include my wife, which was a really nice touch. She even offered to help support my wife independently from our sessions! This shows what a great person she is!

Understanding my personality type, gave me real insight into how to set boundaries, particularly at work, which I had struggled with. Things I took for granted she put to the forefront of my mind and encouraged a realistic but more positive view on what I had achieved and how to channel this moving forward. Rather than creating a long list of targets, goals were personalised, realistic and always related to what I wanted to achieve.

I would wholeheartedly endorse Dr Munita as a life coach. She has definitely changed my preconceived ideas and help bring harmony to my life. I would have no hesitation recommending her to my friends and family.

Thank you so much Dr Munita!
